Partnership Initiative

WOSITA Foundation endeavours to partner with interested companies or businesses to potentially drive significant lasting social change for the empowerment of women in Seychelles. By leveraging on each other’s strengths, our partnership will build a foundation for transformative change that positively impacts Women. We believe in mutually beneficial partnerships that will enhance the growth and reputation of both WOSITA and its partners, and we are certain that the goodwill generated by WOSITA will impact positively on the reputation of your business.

TYPES OF PARTNERSHIPS

WOSITA Foundation welcomes any partnership that will broaden its outreach and drive significant lasting change to shape Women’s overall health and well-being, including the following:

1) Collaborate on specific programs aimed at the empowerment of women in business or women entrepreneurs.

2) Sponsor events organised by WOSITA to accomplish its objectives.

3) Jointly venture in a specific project (non-profit).

4) Provide expertise, training, or resources to create positive impact on social
challenges of women in Society, including means of employ-ability and skills
development for positive impact in women livelihood.

5) Provide a discount (minimum 5%) or any other promotional incentives to WOSITA members holding an official valid membership card.

DERIVING TANGIBLE BENEFITS WHEN PARTNERING WITH WOSITA FOUNDATION

Whilst our Partners’ engagement is to foremost support the longevity and sustainability of WOSITA Foundation’s initiatives, WOSITA recognises the importance of our partners’ reputation, brand image and visibility on the local market. We are also cognisant of our partners’ need to fulfil their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that today shape how business is conducted and potentially attract the attention of customers and media.

Consequently, WOSITA will ensure that each partner will receive a certificate attesting to the partnership and WOSITA executives will allocate time to discuss how best to implement a mutually beneficial partnership, that may include the following propositions:

1. Access to leverage insights for the promotion of services or products among our growing network of women for better corporate strategic planning. Strategies can include marketing opportunities on WOSITA’s digital platforms (Whatsapp group, website, and social media) to more awareness to your services/products on the local market.

2. WOSITA has no objection to share the updated list of members when requested by our partners for potential direct marketing approaches, and to avoid potential abuse of the partnership.

3. WOSITA provides a real-world impact platform that will foster your female employee work engagement, thus reinforcing the alignment between personal values and organisational goals.

4. WOSITA will honour the top 5 or 10 partners (depending on participation) during our end of year gala event.

HOW TO BECOME A PARTNER
